''Universal NVG” Ltd. is not just a trader of agricultural machinery and a producer of agricultural products. Universal NVG is a well-established name over the past 35 years, associated with trust, quality, and responsibility in business.

Founded in 1990 as a family company by Danka and Nikolay Georgiev in the town of Dolna Oryahovitsa, Universal NVG has developed extremely dynamically over the years. Agriculture and agricultural machinery have always been a part of Nikolay Varbanov’s life and his main passion. Over the years, agriculture became the core and leading business of the family company Universal NVG. The growth of this activity inevitably led to the need for modern agricultural machinery to cultivate the ever-expanding arable land, because in agriculture, “one good year feeds the next,” as Nikolay Varbanov likes to say. This is how the import of used agricultural machinery began—initially for personal needs, but gradually turning into a separate commercial activity of the company.

Since 2003, Universal NVG has become a dealer for the main importer of German manufacturers of tractors and combines. This key moment opened a new chapter in the company’s history. The company invested great effort and resources to build one of the most modern bases for agricultural machinery in Central Bulgaria, which attracted clients from across the country with its well-stocked spare parts and highly reliable service.

The development of agricultural technologies over the years has also defined the company’s path in a new and promising direction—innovative agriculture, which the company first applied on its own farm and later offered to fellow farmers. Over time, with the modernization of the agricultural sector, precision farming equipment from Müller Elektronik also became part of Universal NVG’s portfolio.

Since the beginning of 2017, the company has been the main importer and representative in Bulgaria of the American pioneer in the field of precision agriculture—RAVEN TECHNOLOGIES.
