- Агрегатируется с тракторами тягового класса 3.
- Аппликатор имеет крепкий полиэтиленовый бак c пергородками. Толщина стенок бака - 10 мм.
- Аммиачная вода подается под давлением 4-6 атм. с помощью мембранно-поршневого насоса итальянской фирмы «Annovi Reverberi», благодаря чему исключается возможность засорения трубок на рабочих органах. Привод насоса осуществляется от опорного колеса, благодаря чему аммиачная вода вносится равномерно, а норма внесения сохраняется постоянной, независимо от изменения скорости движения агрегата.
- Настройка аппликатора на заданную норму внесения аммиачной воды выполняется регулятором.
- С помощью системы колб(ротаметров),в которые вмонтированы форсунки, аммиачная вода распределяется на каждый рабочий орган аппликатора, чем обеспечивается равномерность внесения удобрений по всей ширине захвата. Колба служит для визуализации процеса внесения удобрения через рабочий орган. В средине колбы размещен шарик, который под воздействием проходящей жидкости подымается на определенный уровень (в зависимости от нормыв внесения). Когда по каким-то причинам жидкость не поступает к рабочему органу, шарик в колбе опускается, тем самым сигнализируя о проблеме оператору.
- При остановке агрегата или снижении давления в магистралях ниже 0,5 атм. срабатывают отсекатели на форсунках, которые останавливают подачу аммиачной воды к рабочим органам( таким образом при остановке или развороте агрегата удобрение не вытекает и не распространяется запах от ам.воды) .
- Аммиачная вода вносится с помощью дисковых рабочих органов, которые состоят из диска и фигурного ножа, установленного сразу за диском. К ножам прикреплены металлические трубки для подачи аммиачной воды в почву.
