How does it work?
The Limex TECO crate washing machine is prepared to wash plastic trays such as those used in agriculture and is made of stainless steel (AISI 304). Trays enter with the tray width, with a capacity of aprox 250 trays/hour. The wash time is +/-40 seconds and the speed is fixed
Crates are fed into the washing tunnel by hand and than transported through the tunnel. They are first rinsed in a continuous water cycle, with a final rinse in clean water.

- Electrical heating: 2x resistance 8,5 kW (max water temperature 50ºC, not adjustable)

Wie funktioniert es?
Die Limex TECO Kistenwaschmaschine ist für das Waschen von Kunststoffkisten, wie sie in der Landwirtschaft verwendet werden, ausgelegt und besteht aus Edelstahl (AISI 304). Die Kisten werden mit der Breite eingeführt, mit einer Kapazität von ca. 250 Kisten/Stunde. Die Waschzeit beträgt +/-40 Sekunden und die Geschwindigkeit ist fest.
Die Kisten werden von Hand in den Waschtunnel eingegeben und anschließend durch den Tunnel transportiert. Zuerst erfolgt die Reinigung in einem kontinuierlichen Wasserkreislauf, gefolgt von einer Klarspülung mit sauberem Wasser.

De kratten worden handmatig ingevoerd in de wastunnel en vervolgens door de tunnel getransporteerd. Ze worden eerst gereinigd in een continu watercircuit, gevolgd door een naspoeling met schoon water.
